Not all lens technologies and variants are the same, and they should not be judged solely on the basis of colour. Prescription sports glasses or contact lenses?

When vision correction is required, some sports glasses can be fitted with prescription lenses, provided the frame and prescription allow for this. When on the move, contact lenses can offer stability and a frame-free field of vision; when combined with a pair of non-prescription sports glasses fitted with suitable lenses, they also provide protection against light, glare and, depending on the sport, wind and external elements.
