It is a programme that enhances the aesthetic appeal of the solution over time, ensuring consistency with the defined visual design and providing protection in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The Total Guarantee of Functional Performance ensures that the final product is fully consistent with the agreed design. Our relationship with the customer begins at the time of delivery and continues over time through ongoing support.

Upon delivery, we check:

  • the correct fitting of the lenses onto the frame
  • consistency with the defined visual identity
  • comfort and visual quality over time

Should anything fail to meet your expectations, the warranty provides for the repair or replacement of the optical solution until you are fully satisfied.

Repairs, servicing and a free tune-up

Proper maintenance improves the condition of your glasses and extends their lifespan. At our opticians’ centres, we offer repairs, adjustments and realignment, carried out by our specialist technicians.

Whatever the problem, our staff will assess the situation and deal with it to the best of their ability, where possible, free of charge, restoring the stability, comfort and functionality of the glasses.

Whenever you wish, you can request a professional cleaning, an adjustment to the frames and a check of the optical performance, bearing in mind that slight changes in dioptres may occur over time.
