DELIVERIES
Istituto Ottico Isolani Ltd uses both national and international express couriers to manage deliveries.
Shipping times may vary from 2 to 20 WORKING days, depending on product availability, which is clearly indicated in the product description above the "Add to basket" button with the wording: AVAILABLE IN 24/48 HOURS or AVAILABLE IN 5/7 DAYS.
Before shipping, a specialist optician carries out a standard pre-fitting of the glasses and a technical and functional check to ensure the quality of the product.
Once the order has been entrusted to the courier, the customer receives an email notification. Subsequently, the courier sends an email with the tracking code to follow the various stages of delivery.
Each order is packaged in a sealed cardboard box. Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to check the integrity of the package.
Delivery times
Each product page indicates the estimated shipping time, which depends on average stock levels and product restocking times.
We generally ship within 24/48 hours throughout Italy, and within 48/72 hours within the EU.
In the event of a stock shortage, the order will still be processed and dispatched within 5–10 working days.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders over €70.00.
For orders under €70.00, shipping costs are €3.00 within Liguria and €5.00 within Italy.
Outside Italy, shipping costs will be charged for both returns and deliveries, depending on the location.
Returns
If your purchase did not meet your expectations, you may return it.
Returns are free for products shipped within Italy.
Outside Italy or for amounts less than €70, shipping costs will be charged for both returns and shipments, depending on the location.

You can use the Click & Collect service, collecting your order directly from one of our Optical Centres.
