The Levenhuk Wezzer PLUS LP70 weather station is a multifunctional instrument that provides detailed weather information. An outdoor remote sensor measures temperature, humidity and rainfall. It transmits these readings to the base station, which in turn measures indoor parameters such as room temperature and humidity levels. This device also features a barometer, weather forecasts, a graph showing trends in parameter changes, and an assessment of the overall level of comfort for people. The station is designed to provide continuous information on rapid changes in the weather and the state of the home microclimate.
The weather station is fitted with a colour screen, divided into various sections. In the centre of the screen, you can view the weather forecast (5 icons), atmospheric pressure, the time, the date and the day of the week. On the left, information on the outdoor temperature and humidity level is displayed, whilst the history of weather measurements is also shown in a graph. The maximum and minimum humidity and temperature values are stored in the device’s memory. Furthermore, you can view precipitation records on a daily, weekly, monthly and even annual basis. The data from the rain gauge is displayed on the right-hand side of the screen, alongside readings from the indoor thermometer and hygrometer.
The Levenhuk Wezzer PLUS LP70 offers various types of alert signals. Firstly, a weather alert is triggered when a certain level of rainfall or a specific outdoor temperature is reached. These parameters can be set by the user. Secondly, you can use the snooze option for the alarm to postpone it and sleep for another 5 minutes.
The weather station is powered by batteries or via the mains. When the device is connected to the mains, the screen is continuously backlit. In this mode, the device can conveniently serve as a table clock.
