The Levenhuk Wezzer PLUS LP60 weather station is a compact gadget for the home, the office and country homes. Three remote sensors are connected to the station’s base unit, keeping users up to date with weather changes at four different locations simultaneously. A weather station helps maintain an ideal microclimate in residential and commercial buildings, as well as warning of impending bad weather. The station’s base unit can be placed on a table or windowsill, whilst the sensors must all be mounted on the wall.
The backlit colour LCD screen displays all measured values and other information such as the time, date, day of the week and weather forecast. The screen is divided into easy-to-read sections with digits in different colours. Alongside the humidity and temperature readings, there is an arrow indicating whether these values are rising or falling, so you can always be on the alert for approaching bad weather. There is also an alarm which can be silenced for 5 minutes simply by pressing a button.
The wireless remote sensors can be positioned up to 100 metres from the station’s base unit. This device is battery-powered; the base station can also be powered via the mains.
