The Levenhuk Ra 150N Dobson telescope is an easy-to-use optical instrument for observing deep-sky objects, including bright and faint galaxies, star clusters and nebulae. The optical system comprises an aluminium-coated parabolic mirror
The telescope’s optical design is based on a primary mirror with a diameter of 153 mm. Due to its parabolic shape, no optical distortions appear in the image, even at the highest magnifications. The primary mirror features an aluminium coating with a reflectance of 92–96 per cent. It therefore produces vivid, high-contrast images of objects visible in the night sky. The dual-speed Crayford focuser ensures images of the utmost sharpness in all conditions.
Ready-to-use kit
The kit includes two symmetrical eyepieces: 9 mm and 25 mm. These eyepieces offer an excellent field of view and allow you to start exploring the starry sky straight away. A 6x30 mm optical finder is provided for locating astronomical objects.
