The Levenhuk Ra R80 ED doublet optical tube is a two-lens apochromatic refractor with extra-low dispersion optics. This optical tube is perfect for astrophotography, particularly of large objects, and is also suitable for direct observation. It features a wide field of view, high resolution and excellent mechanics. Thanks to its compact size and light weight, this telescope proves indispensable on excursions. In addition, the kit includes a sturdy aluminium case for protection and transport.
This telescope effectively reduces chromatic aberrations and delivers clear, high-contrast images. The fully multi-coated optics allow you to observe even the faintest stars. You can observe both the deep sky and cosmic space. Thanks to the dual-speed focuser, 2-inch accessories can be fitted. The focuser ensures extremely precise focus adjustment.
This OTA is made from anodised aluminium and features high-quality internal blackening. The quick-release wing screw allows this OTA to be mounted on most modern mounts.
Please note: mount, tripod and optical accessories are not included.
