Levenhuk Blitz 80s PLUS Telescope

The Levenhuk Blitz 80s PLUS telescope is a short-focal-length achromatic refractor with a wide field of view that delivers a high-resolution image. Thanks to its large aperture, this telescope is suitable for astrophotography. You can observe outer space and deep-sky objects, although the latter will not be visible in great detail.

This short-focal-length refractor is very compact, making it an excellent choice for trips out of town. Furthermore, away from city lights, it will provide a clearer and sharper view of the night sky. It can also be used as a spotting scope for terrestrial observations.

The telescope is mounted on a manually controlled equatorial mount. This type of mount is convenient for extended observations. The slow-motion control knobs allow you to locate objects in the sky precisely and smoothly. The mount is fitted to an aluminium tripod. The tripod is stable, adjustable and features an accessory tray in the centre. Thanks to the standard focuser, this telescope is compatible with any accessory with a diameter of 31.75 mm (1.25 inches) (to be purchased separately).
