Levenhuk Blaze BASE 80 Spotting Scope

The Levenhuk Blaze BASE 80 terrestrial spotting scope with a variable zoom objective lens is excellent for observing large objects, as well as those that are very distant. Thanks to this feature, it is perfect for studying wildlife. At low magnifications, you can examine flocks of birds or groups of animals, whilst high magnifications are suitable for studying the finer details of the landscape. The angled eyepiece allows you to comfortably observe subjects in the circumzenithal area as well. The Levenhuk Blaze BASE 80 is an ideal choice for naturalists, hunters and birdwatchers.

The spotting scope’s optics are made of BK-7 glass. All optical elements exposed to the air have been treated with a multi-layer anti-reflective coating. The spotting scope features a smooth magnification range from 20x to 60x. Thanks to its large-diameter objective lens, the spotting scope gathers plenty of light, producing a clear, high-contrast image even in cloudy weather or at twilight. The eyepiece is fitted with a dioptre adjustment ring, allowing users with vision impairments to adjust the optics to suit their individual needs. The long eye relief allows for observation even whilst wearing spectacles.

The Levenhuk Blaze BASE 80 has a plastic body. It fits any standard tripod with a 1/4” thread. The kit includes a metal tripod for positioning the telescope on a flat surface, such as a windowsill or a table. The included hard case can be used for protection and transport.
