The Levenhuk Blaze BASE 70 telescope is an ‘older’ model in the series and is the most powerful instrument in the range with the largest aperture. The objective lens has a diameter of 70 cm and the maximum magnification reaches 75x. With the Levenhuk Blaze 70 BASE, you can study any distant object, such as birds, animals, architectural features, moving machinery and natural landscapes. The kit includes a small table tripod, which is useful for extended observations without having to move.
The optical system utilises glass lenses. The external optical elements, featuring FMC anti-reflective coating, deliver an extremely sharp and clear image. They also provide a detailed image even on cloudy days and at dusk, without hindering your observations. The eyepiece on this telescope is angled, making it very comfortable for studying the circumzenithal arc. Furthermore, the Levenhuk Blaze 70 BASE is an excellent choice for birdwatching.
The lenses are protected from the elements by a durable plastic body, which is weather-sealed and can withstand drops from a low height. A special carrying case for the spotting scope, included in the kit, is available for use.
