The Levenhuk MED PRO 600 Fluo is a professional laboratory microscope designed for brightfield observation or the use of fluorescence techniques. It is an excellent instrument for studying microorganisms in vivo at the molecular, cellular and subcellular levels. The Levenhuk MED PRO 600 fluorescence microscope is an excellent choice for upgrading a medical or research laboratory.
The semi-apochromatic optics and wide-field eyepieces provide clear, detailed and bright images. This microscope can be used for standard ‘dry’ observations. In addition, it also allows for observations using the immersion technique. To improve image contrast, the use of optical filters is recommended (three filters are already included). The trinocular head is inclined at 30°. The trinocular head comprises a binocular viewport and an optical tube for fitting a digital camera (to be purchased separately).
The illumination system comprises a powerful halogen lamp with brightness control and a removable condenser. The fluorescence module includes filter units, a mercury lamp and a protective screen. The light is powered by the AC mains supply (adapter included). The microscope is equipped with coarse and fine focus controls. The stage can be moved along two axes and is fitted with a mechanical translator. The interpupillary distance is adjustable.
Features:
- For observations using fluorescence techniques
- Semi-apochromatic optics with infinity correction
- The microscope’s objective revolver is designed to hold six objectives (with two slots for additional objectives)
- Adjustable illumination system
- Abbe condenser with N.A. 1.25
- AC power supply
The kit includes:
- Microscope
- Semi-apochromatic objectives: 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x
- Wide-field eyepieces: WF 10x/22mm (2 pcs.)
- Filters: blue, green, yellow
- UV reflection unit

Please note:
Bear in mind that the mains supply in the United States and Canada operates at 110V, whilst in most European countries it is 220–240V. For information on the correct voltage, please refer to the specifications table. Never attempt to connect a 110V device to a 220V socket, or vice versa, without using a voltage converter.
