The Levenhuk MED 10T trinocular microscope is a laboratory model with achromatic optics, designed for professional microscopic examination at magnifications ranging from 40 to 1,000 times. This microscope is the perfect choice for university students, research work in a scientific centre, or clinical and diagnostic work in a medical laboratory.
The trinocular head features a binocular viewing port and a tube for mounting a digital camera (the digital camera is sold separately). The viewing head is tilted at 30°, allowing for comfortable, extended observation. The trinocular head can be rotated through 360°. Four achromatic objective lenses of various magnifications are fitted to the microscope; the 40x and 100x objective lenses are fitted with spring-loaded protective mounts. In addition, a 100x objective can be used for oil-immersion observations (a bottle of immersion oil is included). The wide-field eyepieces feature dioptre adjustment and offer good visibility. All optical elements are protected with an anti-fungal coating.
A double-layer stage can be moved along two axes. Specimens are positioned beneath a microscope objective lens and can be moved using a mechanical scale. Both coarse and fine focusing are available. The microscope’s illumination system consists of a 5-watt LED light and an Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm and filter holder. The light is situated beneath the stage and allows observations to be carried out using the brightfield method in transmitted light. The light is powered by an AC power supply. The illumination system also features brightness adjustment.

Warning:
For information on the correct mains voltage, please refer to the specifications table; never attempt to connect a 110 V device to a 220 V mains socket, or vice versa, without using a converter. Please note that the mains voltage is 220–240 V in most European countries and 110 V in the United States and Canada.
