The Levenhuk 320 PLUS microscope is a laboratory model designed for professional microscopic observations. It is suitable for morphological, haematological, biochemical and other types of research in laboratories at medical institutions and scientific and research centres. University lecturers and professors can use the Levenhuk 320 PLUS to teach students on medical courses.
The microscope features achromatic optics that provide a high-contrast, sharp and detailed image free from optical aberrations. Thanks to the included eyepieces, the microscope offers a flat, wide field of view, allowing for the observation of large objects with complex structures. The monocular microscope head can be rotated through 360°. The microscope has a magnification range of 40–1600x. A 100x objective allows for the use of the oil immersion method; a bottle of immersion oil is included in the kit.
Specimens are mounted on a stage. The stage can be moved along two axes. A mechanical scale is used for the precise positioning of specimens under an objective lens. A coaxial coarse and fine adjustment mechanism is used to adjust the focus.
The brightness-adjustable LED bottom illumination is used to illuminate the specimens. An optical beam passes through an Abbe condenser. Its brightness can be adjusted using an iris diaphragm. The kit includes light filters that enhance the contrast and sharpness of the observed image. The illumination is powered by an AC mains supply as well as rechargeable batteries (included in the kit). A single charge provides 10 hours of continuous operation. Therefore, you can use the Levenhuk 320 PLUS outside the home: on field trips and at seminars.

Warning: Please refer to the specifications table for the correct mains voltage and never attempt to plug a 110 V device into a 220 V socket, or vice versa, without using a converter. Please note that the mains voltage in the United States and Canada is 110 V, and 220–240 V in most European countries.
