Levenhuk DTX 500 LCD Digital Microscope

The Levenhuk DTX 500 digital microscope, with a built-in 3.5-inch LCD screen, allows you to examine specimens at magnifications ranging from 20x to 500x and to save your results as images or videos onto a microSD card. The 8 built-in LEDs provide uniform illumination of the work surface and ensure minimal energy consumption. The lighting system also features brightness adjustment.

The microscope’s specimen stage is fitted with a graduated scale (8 cm along the X-axis and 6 cm along the Y-axis) and two levers to secure the specimen beneath the camera. The high-quality LCD panel provides crystal-clear images and features buttons that allow you to quickly adjust the brightness, exposure and colour balance.

You can easily connect the Levenhuk DTX 500’s LCD screen to a PC via the USB cable included in the kit and copy all files created during observations to your hard drive. This exceptional model also features an AV socket for transferring the observed images in real time to a TV screen or projector.

The Levenhuk DTX 500 digital microscope, with LCD screen, is powered by the lithium-ion battery included in the kit, which provides approximately 2 hours of battery life. The microscope can also be powered via the PC’s USB port.

Tips for using the software:

To ensure the programme works correctly, only launch the installed application when the microscope is connected to a PC and you are ready to begin observations.

The Levenhuk DTX 500 digital microscope, with LCD screen, is not compatible with external digital cameras.
