Levenhuk Rainbow DM500 LCD Digital Microscope

The Levenhuk Rainbow DM500 LCD digital microscope is a device designed for examining objects of any degree of transparency. It is suitable for examining plant parts, insects and ready-to-use microscope slides. It can be used to examine stones, coins, and components of electronic devices and mechanisms. This microscope also allows you to take photos and record videos. This function can be controlled via the wireless remote control.

The microscope is fitted with a 5-inch swivelling colour LCD screen. It can be tilted by a few degrees for greater comfort. The microscope’s magnification ranges from a factor of 7 to 200, with optical magnification between 7x and 50x. The microscope stage is fitted with clamps for securing microscope slides. LED lighting is positioned both above and below the stage, making it possible to work with opaque, semi-transparent and transparent samples. The brightness of the lighting is adjustable.

Use the buttons on the microscope stand to control the basic functions. You can take photos and record videos using the wireless remote control. This is particularly useful when all settings have been adjusted and you wish to avoid changing them by accidentally touching the instrument. You can capture high-resolution images and videos and save them to a memory card (sold separately).
