The main optical element of the Discovery Spark Travel 76 telescope is a spherical mirror. All optical surfaces are coated with an anti-reflective treatment, which ensures that the images produced are sharp, clear and bright. The telescope’s optical tube is pointed at objects using an altazimuth mount, fitted with a locking knob on the vertical axis, which makes the entire pointing process smoother and more accurate. The tripod is made of metal and features an accessory tray, which is handy for holding the 2x Barlow lens and the eyepieces already included in the kit.
