The Discovery Crafts DHD 40 head-mounted magnifier is a fantastic tool for work and hobbies. It leaves your hands free, offers various magnifications and is fitted with a light. The head-mounted magnifier is ideal for any precision work: repairs, jewellery-making, crafts and much more. It also serves as safety goggles.
The optical system of the head-mounted magnifier consists of two main lenses (rectangular, designed for viewing with both eyes) and a small round lens (designed for use with one eye). The lenses can be rotated to the side to select the best magnification. The kit includes interchangeable lenses that allow you to vary the magnification. All lenses are made from optical polymer glass, which not only provides clear, high-contrast images but is also highly durable.
The head-mounted magnifying lens is fitted with an LED light with an adjustable angle. Consequently, this tool can also be used in complete darkness. The light is powered by standard batteries. The head-mounted magnifying lens is secured to the head by a size-adjustable headband.
