The Discovery Field 10x50 is a waterproof pair of binoculars designed for open-country observation. Indispensable for surveying the terrain, during hunting trips or expeditions, as well as for trekking. Based on a classic Porro prism design, its 50 mm wide-aperture optics gather a great deal of light. The lenses are made of glass with a multi-coated anti-reflective treatment. Whether during the day or at twilight, these optics produce a bright, high-contrast image.

Featuring BK-7 optical glass elements, the Discovery Field 10x50 is constructed from robust plastic and has a rubberised finish. The optics and mechanical parts are well protected against knocks and moisture. The outer surface has a textured finish that prevents the binoculars from slipping out of wet hands. It is easy to set up these binoculars: simply adjust the focus of the objective lenses using the convenient central focus wheel, correct the dioptres if necessary, and you are immediately ready to observe. These binoculars can be mounted on a tripod for stationary observations (using a standard 1/4” mount).
