The Levenhuk Vegas ED 12x50 binoculars are an optical instrument designed for discerning users who expect high-quality, detailed images from their binoculars and require them to withstand extreme conditions. The binoculars feature light-gathering roof prisms and four-element eyepieces that enhance image sharpness and contrast. All optical elements are made from extra-low dispersion (ED) glass, which minimises optical aberrations and delivers true-to-life colour reproduction. The outer lenses are protected by several layers of anti-reflective coating.

The binoculars’ body is made from impact-resistant, temperature-resistant and non-slip plastic. The binoculars are filled with nitrogen, a gas that prevents the lenses from misting up. The watertight design is impermeable to water: these binoculars can withstand submersion in water to a depth of 1.5 m for up to three minutes. They require little maintenance, can withstand temperature changes and are resistant to rain, snow and mud.

The Levenhuk Vegas ED 12x50 binoculars are compatible with a standard 1/4” tripod.
