The Levenhuk LabZZ set of prepared slides contains specimens mounted on slides with an original design. They can be used as visual aids for botany, zoology or entomology. A real treasure trove for curious children! Simply place the specimen on the specimen holder, and you can immediately observe a mouse hair or a fly’s leg, a water flea or much more. These specimens are suitable for observation under any brand of microscope with bottom illumination.
The Levenhuk LabZZ set of prepared slides saves you time and effort in preparing samples. There’s no need for a scalpel, microtome or dissection needles – all you need is a microscope and a curiosity to learn something new about the world around us.
All the slides are divided into groups and labelled: for example, some slides belong to the ‘Animals’, ‘Plants’ or ‘Small Creatures’ categories. The slides are covered with coloured paper and feature round, transparent openings. The set is sold in a sturdy cardboard box bearing the Levenhuk brand.
