The Levenhuk TA10 Binocular Tripod Adapter is an accessory for binoculars. It is designed to mount binoculars on standard tripods with a 1/4” thread. The adapter is made of metal and can support loads of up to 5 kg. The upper part features a 1/4” thread, whilst the lower part has a 1/4” threaded socket.
This adapter is essential for observations requiring long periods of stillness or those using high magnifications. Observing handheld at magnifications above 12x is difficult due to the constant shaking of the image. An adapter allows you to mount an optical instrument securely on a tripod and obtain a steady, stable image.
Please note that this adapter is only compatible with binoculars fitted with a standard 1/4” threaded mount.
