The Levenhuk M200 BASE digital camera is a modern tool for taking photos and recording videos through a microscope. The camera offers a resolution of up to 1600x1200 pixels and allows you to record videos in four different modes. The high frame rate of 20 frames per second produces smooth, high-contrast videos. The pack includes special Levenhuk software and a USB cable to connect the camera to your computer.
You can mount the Levenhuk M200 BASE camera on any modern microscope with a 23.2 mm eyepiece tube. An adapter, available separately, will be required for microscopes with other diameters. The camera is ideal for study and science as a hobby. Thanks to its real-time streaming capability, the Levenhuk M200 BASE digital camera can be used in lectures and seminars. The image clarity is sufficient to examine the internal structures of specimens at high magnification.
The kit includes a CD with specialised software that allows you to edit previously saved images, zoom in, crop them, adjust the contrast, etc.
To ensure the best possible performance from your new camera, please ensure that your computer meets the system requirements specified by the manufacturer. Compatible operating systems include Mac, Linux and Windows. A USB 2.0 port is required to establish a connection. If the software does not work on your computer, please contact us and specify your operating system and its version (for Linux: platform and kernel version).
The latest version of the Levenhuk software for Windows supports eight languages: English, French, German, Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Turkish.
