DELIVERIES
Istituto Ottico Isolani S.r.l. uses national and international carriers for deliveries.
The estimated delivery date or window shown on the product page, above the “Add to basket” button, is the current reference and takes account of availability, restocking times and working days. For complete glasses fitted with customised prescription lenses, approximately 10 working days for technical assessment and production are added to the displayed estimate.
Before dispatch, a specialist optician carries out a standard pre-fitting of the glasses and a technical and functional check to ensure product quality.
Once the order has been handed to the carrier, the customer receives an email notification. The carrier then provides the tracking code for the delivery.
Each order is packed in a sealed cardboard box. On delivery, the customer is advised to inspect the outside of the parcel for damage.
Delivery times
The estimated delivery date or window shown on each product page is the current reference. For products in stock, delivery generally takes 24/48 working hours; the estimate shown on the product page takes account of product availability, restocking times and working days.
For complete glasses fitted with customised prescription lenses, approximately 10 working days for technical assessment and production are added to the displayed estimate.
Shipping costs
Standard delivery in Italy is free for orders of €70.00 or more.
For orders below €70.00, standard delivery costs €3.00 in Liguria and €5.00 elsewhere in Italy.
For other destinations and services, the actual charge is calculated according to the destination and selected service and is shown in the basket and at checkout before the order is placed.
Returns
Where a return or collection is required because of an error attributable to Isolani or an item that is damaged, defective or non-conforming, Isolani bears the necessary costs in accordance with the legal guarantee.
Where a right of withdrawal applies, the direct return cost following a simple change of mind is payable by the customer, unless Isolani expressly offers a free return method.
Click & Collect
You can use the Click & Collect service, collecting your order directly from one of our Optical Centres. The service is free.
Secure checkout
Istituto Ottico Isolani srl uses Banca Sella's Gest Pay service, PayPal and Amazon Pay to ensure maximum security in transactions.
Payment processors will handle the entire transaction and take full responsibility for payment and card details, while offering maximum flexibility by accepting any credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay and other payment methods offered.
For orders where Trusted Shops Buyer Protection has been activated and confirmed to the customer, it may be used in covered cases and subject to the territorial, value and time limits communicated by Trusted Shops.
