The Ermenrich MW20 is a portable moisture sensor, or moisture meter. It can quickly measure the moisture content in various materials: wood, cardboard, bamboo, plaster, screed or mortar. It is an indispensable tool for the construction, carpentry, furniture-making and joinery sectors, but also for everyday use, such as for small-scale renovations.
It is a probe-type moisture sensor and is equipped with two probes that are inserted into the material to take a reading. It can measure not only the moisture content of the material but also its temperature. You can select the type of material on which you wish to take measurements. The measured values are displayed on the built-in monochrome screen, beneath which the control buttons are located.
This instrument is very compact, particularly lightweight and easy to use. It is powered by a single battery and features an automatic switch-off function to save energy.
