The Levenhuk D320L PLUS digital microscope is equipped with a 3.1 M video eyepiece, which makes it suitable not only for visual observations but also for creating digital archives of your observations as well as for holding seminars and lectures. This microscope is excellent for research in the medical, biochemical and many other fields and will earn a rightful place in any scientific laboratory or research institute. The digital camera makes this microscope practical for teaching high school or university students.
The magnification range is 40-1600x. The achromatic objectives provide a sharp and extremely detailed image without aberrations. At maximum magnification, when using the 100x objective, the oil immersion search method can be applied (a bottle of immersion oil is included in the kit). Two wide-angle eyepieces with pointer make it easier to study specimens with complicated structure.
The stage is equipped with a mechanical translator, thanks to which the specimen can be placed quickly and precisely under the objective. Coarse and fine adjustment knobs are used to fine-tune image sharpness. An Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm is installed under the table, below which is the LED illumination with adjustable brightness. The illumination can be powered by AC mains or batteries.
The main feature of the microscope is its digital camera. It is installed in the optical tube instead of the eyepiece. A USB cable can be used to connect the camera to a computer. The camera reproduces real-time images with a resolution of up to 2048x1536 pixels. You can take photographs or record videos. This camera is an excellent solution for recording key stages of research, creating presentations or video lectures. The digital camera comes with an installation CD, which contains the necessary software and drivers.
