Deliveries

Istituto Ottico Isolani srl uses national and international express couriers for its deliveries. Each order is handed over to the courier for shipment with a timeframe varying from 2 to 20 days from the date of the order depending on product availability. Availability is indicated on the product sheet of each model.

Before shipment, a standard pre-fitting of the glasses and a technical-functional check is always carried out by a specialised optician.


Upon delivery to the courier, the user will be notified by e-mail. You will then immediately receive an e-mail from the courier containing the tracking code to monitor the stages of delivery.


Each order is delivered to the courier in a sealed cardboard box. It is the responsibility of each customer to check the integrity of the package upon receipt.

On each product sheet, the estimated delivery time is indicated, which depends on the average stock in the warehouse and the timing of product replenishment. We will try to shorten this process as much as possible. Are generally delivered in 24/48 hours throughout Italy, and in the EU in 48/72 hours. In the event of a lack of stok, the order will still be processed and dispatched in 5/10 working days.

Transport is free of charge for amounts above € 70, and has a fixed cost of € 5 for amounts below € 70.

Return shipping costs are free of charge. Outside Italy or for amounts below € 70, you will be charged for both return and shipping, depending on the location.

Payments

Istituto Ottico Isolani srl makes use of the Gest Pay service of Banca Sella in order to guarantee maximum security in transactions.

Banca Sella will take full responsibility for the management and accountability of payment data and cards, while offering maximum flexibility, accepting any credit card, PayPal, Amazone Pay and other payment methods.
